Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All Janelle Bonagurio pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods.
Domestic Shipping
Orders under $200:
USPS First Class (4–7 business days) — $5
USPS Priority (3–5 business days) — $10
UPS 2-Day Express — $25
Orders $200+ ship free via USPS Priority, or UPS 2-Day Express if selected.
Orders over $250 require signature upon delivery.
Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Please check spam or promotions folders for confirmation and tracking emails.
Returned-to-sender packages will be refunded per our Return Policy, less a $20 handling fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to hello@janellebonagurio.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Lost Packages
If a shipment appears lost, contact hello@janellebonagurio.com with your order number. We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video documentation of outer and inner packaging before opening. Claims without documentation or outside this window cannot be accepted.
International Shipping
International shipping is available via GlobalPost (approx. $15–$20, 2–4 weeks transit). Customs delays may occur.
International orders are final sale.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
